Workshop Holiday ✨
Our workshop will be closed from June 23rd to July 11th. And for the month of August.
During this time, you can still place orders as usual and the Touch Kit will continue to be shipped so you can receive it and capture the print without any problem (also perfect if it's a gift 🤍).
Prints we receive after June 15th will be processed upon our return, so the creation of jewelry will resume from July 13th.
Prints received in August will be processed starting in September.

Each Mouer jewel is entirely handmade in our small workshop in Barcelona. We take care of every detail and work with processes as sustainable as possible to create pieces with a soul.

The first shipment is carefully prepared and arrives within 24/48 business hours. Once we receive the wax with the impression, the entire creation process takes between 2 and 3 weeks.

How does the jewelry creation process work?
It's very simple: once you place your order, we send you our Touch Kit, which contains special paste for taking prints and all the instructions. Shipping takes 1-2 business days. Inside the kit, you'll find everything you need to make your print perfect, including information on returns. Our courier will collect your package and send it directly to us. When we receive your print, we start creating your personalized piece of jewelry, taking care of every detail to make it unique and special. You don't have to worry about a thing!
What's included in the Touch Kit?
The Touch Kit includes everything you need to easily make a print:
- Two small jars with our special paste
- A large metal tin
- Complete instructions in text, photos, and video
- A personalized sheet to record your name, email, and tracking code
- A thank you letter

Is the Touch Kit safe to use on babies, the elderly, or pets?
Yes! The Touch Kit is completely safe and non-toxic.
We previously used a wax that required heat, but now our special paste is completely easy to use and safe for anyone or any pet.
What happens if I don't get a good fingerprint on the first try?
Don't worry: our Touch paste can be divided into two tests, so you can try twice.
If you still don't get the desired result, you can buy more Touch paste and repeat the process. In addition, our team is always available to help you.
Can I put more than one fingerprint on the jewelry?
Yes, it depends on the jewelry design. Some pieces allow for one print per side, while others offer the option of two prints on the same piece of jewelry.

How long does the whole process take?
The total time depends on several stages:
- Shipping of the Touch Kit: 1-2 business days
- Time it takes you to make the impression and return the kit to our courier
- Jewelry creation: approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the material
- Final shipment to the customer: 1-2 business days
In total, from purchase to receiving your jewelry, the process usually takes around 3-5 weeks, depending on each case.
Is the jewelry durable? What materials do you use?
We work with high-quality materials:
- 925 Sterling Silver: resistant, shiny, and hypoallergenic. It does not rust, although it can get dirty if it comes into contact with creams, perfumes, or chemical products. It can be easily cleaned and polished.
- 24-carat gold plating: we offer a very high-quality gold plating with great durability. Although it is not pure gold and may wear out over time, if properly cared for, your jewel will retain its shine for a long time.
The care of the jewelry depends on its use and contact with creams, perfumes, or other products. Each piece is designed to last and accompany you for years, as long as it is treated with care.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not have a physical store. Our small workshop is located in Barcelona, Spain, and for now we work exclusively online.
From time to time, we participate in events and pop-ups, and any news about future stores or events will be announced on our Instagram @mouerbrand.
