HOW IT WORKS

Once you place your order, you will receive your Touch Kit, which includes everything you need to capture the footprint easily and safely:

Special paste to capture the footprint
Detailed instructions in text, photos and video
Complete information about package collection

Once the footprint is complete, our courier service will collect the kit and send it to us. In our workshop, we transform the footprint into a unique and personalized jewel, taking care of every detail.

Your jewel will arrive in our sustainable and plastic-free packaging, which includes:

Elegant wooden box
Protective fabric bag
Envelope with a chamois cloth to clean your jewel
Thank you card

Every step is designed to make the experience of creating and receiving your jewel easy, safe and special.

HOW IS THE FOOTPRINT CAPTURED?

Capturing the footprint is simple and safe:

Your Touch Kit arrives home in 1-2 business days. It includes: Two special paste jars. One large metallic container. Complete instructions (text, photos and video)
Mix the paste according to the instructions, apply it where you want to capture the footprint and let it sit for a few minutes. The paste hardens and captures the footprint precisely.
It is non-toxic, easy to use and fully guided, and if you need help, our team is available at any time to assist you.

With this process, you will have a perfectly captured footprint ready to become a unique jewel that you will cherish forever.

We work with premium materials to ensure durable and elegant jewelry. You can choose from:

925 Sterling Silver: also known as sterling silver, it is the purest silver used in jewelry (92.5% silver). It is strong, shiny, and hypoallergenic.
Bronze with 24-karat gold plating: offers a high-quality and durable gold finish.
Chains: our chains are carefully finished; silver ones are silver-plated and gold ones are 18-karat gold-plated, ensuring brilliance and a luxurious touch.

With these materials, each Touch piece of jewelry is not only beautiful but also a keepsake that will last a lifetime.

For Touch jewelry, the process is as follows:

We send the Touch Kit with the material to capture the print: Mainland: 24–48 business hours. Balearic Islands: 48–72 business hours

Once we receive the print in the workshop, the artisanal jewelry creation process begins, which takes approximately 2–3 weeks.

When the jewelry is ready, we send it again: Mainland: 24–48 business hours. Balearic Islands: 48–72 business hours

All our jewelry is handmade, one by one, in a small workshop in Barcelona.
Each piece is unique, made from scratch with care and dedication, to turn your fingerprint into an eternal memory. The process takes approximately 2 weeks for silver jewelry and 3 weeks for 14k gold-plated jewelry.

To guarantee the quality of the process and the stability of the materials, the order has a maximum of 5 months to receive the fingerprint from the reception of the touch kit.
If we do not receive it within the deadline, the order will expire and we will not be able to manufacture it.

Workshop Holiday ✨

Our workshop will be closed from June 23rd to July 11th. And the month of August.

During this time, you can continue placing orders as usual and the Touch Kit will continue to be sent so you can receive it and take the print without any problem (also perfect if it's a gift 🤍).

Prints received after June 15th will be worked on upon our return, so jewelry creation will resume on July 13th.

Jewelry from prints received in August will be worked on starting in September.
