More than just a piece of jewelry, the Touch Necklace is an eternal keepsake. This personalized necklace allows you to engrave a special print, whether it's from your pet or a loved one. You can choose to engrave one print on one side or, if you prefer, two prints, one on each side. Each piece is unique, handcrafted with care, and designed to immortalize the most precious moments of your life.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you place your order, you will receive your Touch Kit, which includes everything you need to capture the print easily and safely:

Detailed instructions in text, photos, and video
Complete information about package collection

When you finish the print, our courier service will collect the kit and send it to us. In our workshop, we transform the print into a unique and personalized piece of jewelry, paying attention to every detail.

Your jewelry will arrive in our sustainable and plastic-free packaging, which includes:

Wooden box with an elegant design
Protective fabric bag
Envelope with a chamois cloth to clean your jewelry
Thank you card
Silver or gold plated chain, 45cm long

HOW TO CAPTURE THE PRINT?

Capturing the print is simple and safe:

Your Touch Kit arrives at your home in 1-2 business days. It includes: Two jars of special paste. A large metal container. Complete instructions (text, photos, and video)
Mix the paste according to the instructions, apply it where you want to capture the print, and let it rest for a few minutes. The paste hardens and captures the print precisely.
It is non-toxic, easy to use, and fully guided, and if you need help, our team is available at any time to assist you.

With this process, you will have a perfectly captured print ready to be transformed into a unique piece of jewelry that you will cherish forever.

We work with premium materials to ensure durable and elegant jewelry. You can choose from:

925 Sterling Silver: also known as sterling silver, it is the purest silver used in jewelry (92.5% silver). It is strong, shiny, and hypoallergenic.
Bronze with 24-karat gold plating: offers a high-quality and durable gold finish.
Chains: our chains are carefully finished; silver ones are silver-plated and gold ones are 18-karat gold-plated, ensuring brilliance and a luxurious touch.

With these materials, each Touch piece of jewelry is not only beautiful but also a keepsake that will last a lifetime.

For Touch jewelry, the process is as follows:

We send the Touch Kit with the material to capture the print: Mainland: 24–48 business hours. Balearic Islands: 48–72 business hours

Once we receive the print in the workshop, the artisanal jewelry creation process begins, which takes approximately 2–3 weeks.

When the jewelry is ready, we send it again: Mainland: 24–48 business hours. Balearic Islands: 48–72 business hours

All our jewelry is handmade, one by one, in a small workshop in Barcelona.
Each piece is unique, made from scratch with care and dedication, to turn your fingerprint into an eternal memory. The process takes approximately 2 weeks for silver jewelry and 3 weeks for 14k gold-plated jewelry.

To guarantee the quality of the process and the stability of the materials, the order has a maximum of 5 months to receive the fingerprint from the reception of the touch kit.
If we do not receive it within the deadline, the order will expire and we will not be able to manufacture it.

Workshop Holiday ✨

Our workshop will be closed from June 23rd to July 11th. And the month of August.

During this time, you can continue placing orders as usual and the Touch Kit will continue to be sent so you can receive it and take the print without any problem (also perfect if it's a gift 🤍).

Prints received after June 15th will be worked on upon our return, so jewelry creation will resume on July 13th.

Jewelry from prints received in August will be worked on starting in September.
