HOW IT WORKS
Once you place your order, you will receive your Touch Kit, which includes everything you need to capture the imprint easily and safely:
- Special paste to capture the imprint
- Detailed instructions in text, photos, and video
- Complete information about package pickup
Once you complete the imprint, our courier will collect the kit and send it to us. In our workshop, we transform the imprint into a unique and personalized piece of jewelry, paying attention to every detail.
Your jewelry will arrive in our sustainable and plastic-free packaging, which includes:
- Wooden box with an elegant design
- Protective fabric bag
- Envelope with a chamois cloth to clean your jewelry
- Thank you card
Every step is designed to make the experience of creating and receiving your jewelry easy, safe, and special.
HOW TO CAPTURE THE IMPRINT?
Capturing the imprint is simple and safe:
- Your Touch Kit arrives at home in 1-2 business days. It includes: Two jars of special paste. One large metal container. Complete instructions (text, photos, and video)
- Mix the paste according to the instructions, apply it where you want to capture the imprint, and let it set for a few minutes. The paste hardens and captures the imprint precisely.
- It is non-toxic, easy to use, and fully guided, and if you need help, our team is available at any time to assist you.
With this process, you will have a perfectly captured imprint ready to be transformed into a unique piece of jewelry that you will cherish forever.

Trabajamos con materiales de primera calidad para garantizar joyas duraderas y elegantes. Puedes elegir entre:
- Plata de ley 925: conocida también como plata esterlina, es la plata más pura utilizada en joyería (92,5% de plata). Es resistente, brillante y hipoalergénica.
- Bronce con baño de oro de 24 quilates: ofrece un acabado dorado de alta calidad y durabilidad.
- Cadenas: nuestras cadenas están cuidadosamente acabadas; las de plata están bañadas en plata y las doradas en oro de 18 quilates, garantizando un brillo y un toque lujoso.
Con estos materiales, cada joya Touch no solo es hermosa, sino también un recuerdo que perdurará en el tiempo.

En el caso de las joyas Touch, el proceso es el siguiente:
Enviamos el Kit Touch con el material para plasmar la huella: Península: 24–48h laborables. Baleares: 48–72h laborables
Una vez recibimos la huella en el taller, comienza el proceso artesanal de creación de la joya, que requiere aproximadamente 2–3 semanas.

Fabricación y tiempos
Todas nuestras joyas se crea una mano, una a una, en un pequeño taller de Barcelona.
Cada pieza es única, hecha desde cero con cariño y dedicación, para convertir tu huella en un recuerdo eterno. El proceso son 2 semanas aproximadas para las joyas en plata y 3 semanas aproximadas para las joyas con baño de oro de 14quilates.
Para garantizar la calidad del proceso y la estabilidad de los materiales, el pedido dispone de un máximo de 5 meses para recibir la huella desde la recepción del kit touch.
Si no la recibimos dentro del plazo, el pedido caducará y no podremos fabricarlo.
VACACIONES
Vacaciones del taller ✨
Nuestro taller permanecerá cerrado el mes de agosto.
Durante este tiempo, podrás seguir realizando pedidos con total normalidad y el Kit Touch se seguirá enviando para que puedas recibirlo y plasmar la huella sin problema (perfecto también si es para regalo 🤍).
Las huellas que recibamos mas tarde del 21 de julio se trabajarán a la vuelta, por lo que la creación de las joyas se retomará a partir septiembre.
