The Eternal Paw Necklace is more than just jewelry: it's a way to always keep your dog close, with a unique piece that captures their paw print, whether it's from a dog or cat that is with you or one that is no longer here, but whose memory remains in your heart.

How does it work?

The creation process of the Eternal Paw Necklace is simple and unique, and consists of three easy steps:

1. Paw Print Submission

Send a scanned photo or an image of your dog's or cat's paw print. If you already have a paw print or have captured it previously, simply send it to us by email at mouerbrand@gmail.com with the full name of the person who placed the order. We also have items available in our store so you can capture the paw print yourself; if you don't have an ink paw print, you can purchase a specific product to capture it separately on our website, but it is not automatically shipped with the jewelry.

2. Necklace Creation

Once we receive the paw print, our team of expert artisans uses it to create a personalized necklace. We sculpt your dog's paw print into a unique relief, ensuring every detail is true to the original print. The necklace can be made in 925 sterling silver or with a 24-karat gold plating, depending on your choice.

3. Necklace Shipping

When your necklace is ready, we will carefully send it to you in an elegant box, which includes:

The necklace with your dog's paw print.
A fabric pouch for protection.
Care instructions and a cloth to keep the jewelry always impeccable.
Everything lovingly packaged and accompanied by a thank you note.

Delivery Times The entire creation and shipping process for the Eternal Paw Necklace takes approximately 2 weeks from the receipt of the paw print, or an additional 2 weeks and 6 days if you have chosen gold plating.

This Eternal Paw Necklace is the perfect way to remember and honor your dog, always carrying their paw print and the connection you share with them.

We work with premium materials to ensure durable and elegant jewelry. You can choose from:

925 Sterling Silver: also known as sterling silver, it is the purest silver used in jewelry (92.5% silver). It is strong, shiny, and hypoallergenic.
Bronze with 24-karat gold plating: offers a high-quality and durable gold finish.
Chains: our chains are carefully finished; silver ones are silver-plated and gold ones are 18-karat gold-plated, ensuring brilliance and a luxurious touch.

With these materials, each Touch piece of jewelry is not only beautiful but also a keepsake that will last a lifetime.

For Touch jewelry, the process is as follows:

We send the Touch Kit with the material to capture the print: Mainland: 24–48 business hours. Balearic Islands: 48–72 business hours

Once we receive the print in the workshop, the artisanal jewelry creation process begins, which takes approximately 2–3 weeks.

When the jewelry is ready, we send it again: Mainland: 24–48 business hours. Balearic Islands: 48–72 business hours

All our jewelry is handmade, one by one, in a small workshop in Barcelona.
Each piece is unique, made from scratch with care and dedication, to turn your fingerprint into an eternal memory. The process takes approximately 2 weeks for silver jewelry and 3 weeks for 14k gold-plated jewelry.

To guarantee the quality of the process and the stability of the materials, the order has a maximum of 5 months to receive the fingerprint from the reception of the touch kit.
If we do not receive it within the deadline, the order will expire and we will not be able to manufacture it.

Workshop Holiday ✨

Our workshop will be closed from June 23rd to July 11th. And the month of August.

During this time, you can continue placing orders as usual and the Touch Kit will continue to be sent so you can receive it and take the print without any problem (also perfect if it's a gift 🤍).

Prints received after June 15th will be worked on upon our return, so jewelry creation will resume on July 13th.

Jewelry from prints received in August will be worked on starting in September.
