You can choose to engrave one print on one side or, if you prefer, two prints, one on each side. HOW IT WORKS
Once you place your order, you will receive your Touch Kit, which includes everything you need to capture the print easily and safely:
- Special paste to capture the print
- Detailed instructions in text, photos, and video
- Complete information about package collection
When you finish the print, our courier service will collect the kit and send it to us. In our workshop, we transform the print into a unique and personalized piece of jewelry, paying attention to every detail.
Your jewelry will arrive in our sustainable and plastic-free packaging, which includes:
- Wooden box with an elegant design
- Protective fabric bag
- Envelope with a chamois cloth to clean your jewelry
- Thank you card
- Silver or gold plated chain, 45cm long
Every step is designed to make the experience of creating and receiving your jewelry easy, safe, and special.
HOW TO CAPTURE THE PRINT?
Capturing the print is simple and safe:
- Your Touch Kit arrives at your home in 1-2 business days. It includes: Two jars of special paste. A large metal container. Complete instructions (text, photos, and video)
- Mix the paste according to the instructions, apply it where you want to capture the print, and let it rest for a few minutes. The paste hardens and captures the print precisely.
- It is non-toxic, easy to use, and fully guided, and if you need help, our team is available at any time to assist you.
With this process, you will have a perfectly captured print ready to be transformed into a unique piece of jewelry that you will cherish forever.

¿COMO FUNCIONA?
1. Realiza tu pedido
Elige tu joya Touch y realiza el pedido a través de nuestra página web.
Al finalizar la compra recibirás un código de referencia único asociado a tu pedido.
2. Lleva el código a tu veterinaria
Entrega el código de referencia a la clínica veterinaria. Allí dispondrán de nuestra Pasta Touch, especialmente preparada para realizar la huella de forma sencilla y segura.
3. La veterinaria realiza la huella
La Pasta Touch se compone de dos pastas que se mezclan entre sí y permiten obtener una impresión precisa de la huella de tu mascota.
Una vez realizada, la pasta se endurece y conserva el patrón de la huella.
La huella se guarda en un sobre junto con tu código de referencia.
4. Nosotros recogemos la huella
Nos encargamos de recoger las huellas directamente en la clínica veterinaria para llevarlas hasta nuestro taller en Barcelona.
5. Creamos tu joya
En nuestro pequeño taller transformamos artesanalmente esa huella real en el Anillo Touch que hayas elegido, cuidando cada detalle del proceso.
6. Recíbelo en casa
Una vez terminada la joya, la preparamos cuidadosamente en nuestro packaging MOUER y la enviamos directamente a la dirección indicada en tu pedido.

Nuestras cadenas actuales están elaboradas en acero inoxidable para su mayor durabilidad.

Medida charms:
Todas las medidas de los charms son aproximadas, ya que se hacen de forma artesanal y pueden variar.
Ovalado: 2cm alto 1,5cm ancho
Redonda: 1,5cm alto 1,5cm ancho
Rectangular: 2cm alto 1,4cm ancho
Medidas Cadena: 45cm

Fabricación y tiempos
Cada joya se crea de forma artesanal en nuestro taller de Barcelona, a partir de la huella real de tu mascota.
Una vez recojamos la huella en la clínica veterinaria, recibirás un correo electrónico confirmando que la hemos recibido y que comienza el proceso de fabricación.
A partir de ese momento, necesitaremos aproximadamente 25-35 días laborables para crear tu joya.
ENVÍO DE LA JOYA
Cuando tu joya esté terminada, recibirás un nuevo correo informándote de que ha sido enviada, junto con la información de seguimiento del pedido.
La joya se enviara a la dirección que facilitaste al hacer el pedido, dentro de su packaging libre de plasticos.
