HOW IT WORKS
Once you place your order, you will receive your Touch Kit, which includes everything you need to capture the imprint easily and safely:
- Special paste for capturing the imprint
- Detailed instructions in text, photos, and video
- Complete information on package collection
Once you have completed the imprint, our courier service will collect the kit and send it to us. In our workshop, we transform the imprint into a unique and personalized piece of jewelry, paying attention to every detail.
Your jewelry will arrive in our sustainable and plastic-free packaging, which includes:
- Elegant wooden box
- Protective fabric bag
- Envelope with a cloth for cleaning your jewelry
- Thank you card
Every step is designed to make the experience of creating and receiving your jewelry easy, safe, and special.
HOW TO CAPTURE THE IMPRINT?
Capturing the imprint is simple and safe:
- Your Touch Kit arrives home in 1-2 business days. It includes: Two pots of special paste. A large metal jar. Complete instructions (text, photos, and video)
- Mix the paste according to the instructions, apply it where you want to capture the imprint, and let it set for a few minutes. The paste hardens and captures the imprint precisely.
- It is non-toxic, easy to use, and fully guided, and if you need help, our team is available at any time to assist you.
With this process, you will have a perfectly captured imprint ready to become a unique piece of jewelry that you will cherish forever.

We work with premium materials to ensure durable and elegant jewelry. You can choose from:
- 925 Sterling Silver: also known as sterling silver, it is the purest silver used in jewelry (92.5% silver). It is strong, bright, and hypoallergenic.
- 24k Gold-plated Bronze: offers a high-quality and durable gold finish.
- Chains: our chains are carefully finished; silver chains are silver-plated and gold chains are 18k gold-plated, ensuring a brilliant and luxurious touch.
With these materials, every Touch piece of jewelry is not only beautiful but also a keepsake that will last a lifetime.

For Touch jewelry, the process is as follows:
We send the Touch Kit with the material to capture the print: Mainland: 24–48 business hours. Balearic Islands: 48–72 business hours
Once we receive the print in the workshop, the artisanal jewelry creation process begins, which takes approximately 2–3 weeks.
When the jewelry is ready, we send it again: Mainland: 24–48 business hours. Balearic Islands: 48–72 business hours
Manufacturing and lead times
All our jewelry is handmade, one by one, in a small workshop in Barcelona.
Each piece is unique, made from scratch with care and dedication, to turn your fingerprint into an eternal memory. The process takes approximately 2 weeks for silver jewelry and 3 weeks for 14k gold-plated jewelry.
To guarantee the quality of the process and the stability of the materials, the order has a maximum of 5 months to receive the fingerprint from the reception of the touch kit.
If we do not receive it within the deadline, the order will expire and we will not be able to manufacture it.
